First and foremost there is no bonsai seeds in the reality it has tree seed. I planted 5 out of which 4 germinated. These seeds have a tough outer coat which makes water-impermeable hence no growth. So first either cut a small bit of pointed portion of seed using a nail cutter or rub it on sandpaper until inner portion is visible than soak it in water just overnight that's enough.
