Narendra Modi ji is a visionary and speaks with future prospects in mind. He would consult a lot of people with the possibility of any idea. Narendra Modi in conversation with ceo of Vestas Wind Systems assisted 3 in 1 wind turbines went into lot of questioning.
In support to the idea I present the possible theories of its success. Initially, the mechanism required for all three ideas are same as shown in the videos below. The compression mechanism can be used for extraction of both oxygen and water simultaneously which is already present in wind turbines. He not only gave solution to earn money and solving basic needs but also empowering negative emission technologies.

3 in 1 turbine is challenging but it is possible. This kind of technology already exist but separately in different places. All he wanted to do was to include all three in one place and be productive. This revolutionary engine can solve 5 problem at the same time. It can help to remove large amounts of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and make country carbon neutral.
