chicken legs Bad? breasts Good?

How much Chicken you can eat a Day? Is it healthy to eat too many times a day? 

When I was young I heard US people do not eat chicken legs and throw them away. I also heard news that they freeze the chicken legs to export to other countries as junk. Then I started researching about chicken.

Yes, It is true. Go for Chicken breasts instead of legs. Chicken legs have lots of saturated fat and cholesterol. You can also remove most of them hanging but it is there. This is the reason why they are tastier. It is also calculated how they are cooked. Chicken Breasts are leanest protein source of diet without any fat. They are to be boiled not fry. Please do not spoil them by adding lots of oil and deep frying it. 

How many times can I consume chicken daily or weekly?
I believe too much of any thing is bad for one person.
If it is chicken breasts you can eat daily that too 100 to 150g boiled and cooked with less oil. If you are eating lots of chicken legs daily beware it may lead to heart problems occasionally it is good for health.

Go for two eggs daily it will do you no harm and give you 10g of protein at very low cost. Prefer boiled eggs than burji.
