Rules for body building

I will not elaborate on why not to do and what to do as it will be boring
  1. Discipline
  2. No Smoking - includes sitting beside smokers and smog places
  3. No drinking alcohol
  4. Warm water intake to increase metabolism.
  5. Zero sugar diet. Stop taking sugar in tea or coffee or sweets made of sugar as this takes you half way through
  6. Stop eating Maida products like biscuits or snacks
  7. Take enough protein - choose 100% protein products
  8. warm up and stretching are important. Work out daily for at least 45 minutes. Post workout take 15 minute rest
