Tesla in India autopilot incompatible roads myths busted

Tesla Autopilot works only on Highways with lanes. Autopilot cannot detect traffic when there is a curved road a head. Even in well developed countries it is unwise to drive on normal roads. I heard in few YouTube videos that Tesla did not enter India because of there is no proper road infrastructure in India, people of India are not well educated or do not follow proper lanes or traffic rules, pricey for India and no charging stations. I cannot blame them as they are sitting in their home in foreign probably never visited India. They were brain washed by their news, media, education and text books.

It looks tiresome, bad and straining to defend India's Integrity, Pride and Respect on every occasion. So below are for clarity.

Myth 1 Busted: India has largest highways than any other country
  1. 142,126 km (88,313 mi) of National Highways as of April 2019 with Four-lane/six-lane/eight-lane.
  2. 18,637-kilometre (11,580 mi) Expressways are high-speed roads that are four- or more lanes.
  3. 176,166 km State highways in India
  4. 83,677 km (51,994 mi) as Bharatmala project with mostly two lanes/4 lanes.
Myth 2 Busted:

India has more number of strict traffic rules, robust compassionate police men. Hefty charges and penalties for defying a small traffic rule.

Foreign countries has biggest disadvantage when comes to roads like animals such as deer's running around on road which are of surprise. Auto pilot fails in such positions and just stops the car injuring the passengers.

Myth 3 Busted:

India Puts 100% import duty because Indian are capable to buy the goods from abroad. India does this to improve production in India like make in India. Yes you can all variety of classes in India it does not means India cannot afford pricey products. India buys thousands of billions of dollars of worth weapons from abroad. Production in India can also lower the cost of production and make the product more affordable as people of India are willing to work for lesser wages. Indians are more practical and the geographic advantages it is gifted with more affordable cars already available. India has new car models every year no matter what or how perfect the technology.

Myth 4 Busted:

India already has electric vehicles on roads and many multinational companies charging stations are present in and around cities. This is not new or alien for India.

Myth 5 Busted:

Indian has highly educated and more literate and youth than any other country. Most youngest average population and has good potential for growth.

Autopilot is not near 50% and there many mistakes done by autopilot. With the fixed mapping of destination in navigation It does mistakes even in proper lanes it goes side ways if the lines on the lanes are not proper or if we go on side of the road. Tesla sensors cannot detect dangers or obstacles which are few meters far away. It can detect obstacle only which are near to the vehicle. In order to auto pilot to work perfectly all the vehicles should have auto pilot. When the vehicle is in more than average speed and when an obstacle is present in the front then it cannot take even precautionary action. Driver should be attentive and check track of driving constantly so much for auto pilot.

Finally, The main reason behind latency in Tesla is its import duty and taxes. Indians are tech lovers. Peace.
