It was 1914 before world war 1, there is time we used to be there was no concept of permits and visas. People used to move from continents. The first world war has changed this scenario forever. After powerful nations looted the weak and their belly filled then they introduced no more outsiders. Post-1950 countries started drawing final borders and guarding it. Finally, They Introduced visa for entry into their border and the world started coming into order. The clear winner of this situation and world order is China. They invaded Tibet during this time and made it an autonomous region. Thus they got more free land to move, trade, connect and share a border with many countries.
The main problem here is that different countries use different currencies and the European Union is the best example of this concept which uses the EURO as its currency. It is impressive of how these countries who are the reason for World War I and II come together to form European Union an alliance, work and trade. The similar concept has raised in ASEAN summit by India but it was disapproved.
Indo Pacific Union - Unification and free movement of humans are needed instead of boundaries. India, Bangladesh, Bhutan initially.

An Indo Pacific Union just like European Union is definitely required where people can move freely and work trade. We need EU kind of structure.
Initially alliance between Bangladesh, India and Bhutan can be possible and can include more countries later.
